The room was clean, but the elevator was dirty and had trash in it.

I could only watch news channels for two days, and not having a decent view of anything but a dumpster was disappointing!!! The overcrowded hallways obstructed movement!!!

I enjoyed a lovely week with attentive front desk staff who made me feel welcome. My room was cozy, and I loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. A tip, arrive early for breakfast to enjoy the best selection!

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved the nearby Riverdale Golf Course and enjoyed some fun at the indoor pool. It's close to great restaurants and just a short drive to local attractions. Breakfast was well-stocked, perfect to start our day!

The bathroom was cramped, and the smoke from the neighboring room seeped in through the vents, which was pretty annoying.

Though the hotel had some drawbacks, like noisy traffic and a lack of cleanliness in parts, the convenient location near shops and the personable staff made the experience somewhat pleasant. However, amenities were lacking, and the pool was closed during my stay, which was disappointing.

The staff was really polite, got me a better room without any hassle when I found the lock on my first room door was like a joke, you could literally push it open. Also, they had a noon checkout, which was nice since I had time to relax, not feel rushed when leaving.

It wasn't cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.
